'Guru Nation' Docu-Style Comedy From Bob Odenkirk & David Cross In Development at Paramount+

The duo is back for a new series for Paramount+.

Bob Odenkirk and David Cross, alongside Bill Odenkirk, are developing a docu-style comedy series 'Guru Nation' for Paramount+.

The series will see Bob Odenkirk and David Cross as rival cult gurus manipulating the minds of their deluded followers.

It reunites Odenkirk and Cross, both of who created the cult HBO sketch comedy, Mr. Show. Bill Odenkirk, who has written for The Simpsons and Futurama, was also a producer on that show, which ran between 1995 and 1998.

The show will be produced by Paramount Television Studios with Bob Odenkirk, David Cross, Bill Odenkirk, Jason Woliner, Marc Provissiero, Naomi Odenkirk, and Tim Sarkes serving as exec producers and Jason Woliner will direct.
