'Mayor Of Kingstown' Season 3 Trailer Plows Into 'Next Level' Drug Warfare

  Paramount+ has released the trailer for season 3 of hit drama Mayor of Kingstown starring Jeremy Renner , and revealed that the season will premiere Sunday June 2  in the United Stares and Canada  and next day  June 3 in the streamer’s international markets. It will be Renner’s first major output 17 months after his New Year’s Day 2022 snowplow accident  at his Lake Tahoe property and the ensuing surgery for blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries, with 30 broken bones. The new season will see the Russian mob come into Kingstown following  a series of devastating explosions. They exploit such vulnerability and open up operations, while a drug war rages inside and outside prison walls. The pressure builds on Mike McLusky  (Renner) to end the war. Complications arise when a familiar face from his incarcerated past threatens to undermine the Mayor’s attempts to keep the peace. 'Lawmen: Bass Reeves' Gets Special CBS Airings

Lawmen: Bass Reeves just premiered its first two episodes on Sunday. Now, those same episodes are getting ready for their linear debut on CBS and it’s happening this Sunday, 18 hours after episode 3 premieres on Paramount+.

Parts I and II will air on Sunday. November 12 at 9 PM, making a very full Taylor Sheridan night for the Eye Network following the end of the Big Brother season. Reeves worked in the post-Reconstruction era as a federal peace officer in the Indian Territory. He is said to have captured more than 3,000 of the most dangerous criminals without ever being wounded, and for it, he is considered the greatest frontier hero in American history. However, the responsibility of the badge weighed heavily on him, constantly wrestling with its moral and spiritual effects on his dear family. 

David Oyelowo stars as Reeves, Lauren E. Banks as Bass' wife Jennie Reeves, and Dennis Quaid as Deputy U.S. Marshall Sherrill Lynn. It also stars Donald Sutherland as Judge Isaac Pearce Demi Singleton as Reeves daughter Sally, Forrest Goodluck as the Cherokee Billy Crow, and Barry Pepper as leader of the 1st Cherokee Mounted Rifles Esau Pierce. Recurring cast members include Shea Whigham, Garrett Hedlund, Mo Brings Plenty, Tosin Morohunfola, Margot Bingham, Dale Dickey, Justin Hurtt-Dunkley, Joaquina Kalukango, Lonnie Chavis, Rob Morgan, Ryan O’Nan, Grantham Coleman, and Bill Dawes.

Lawmen: Bass Reeves was created by Chad Feehan, who also serves as showrunner, based on the first two books of The Bass Reeves Trilogy by Sidney Thompson, titled Follow the Angels, Follow the Doves, and Hell on the Border. The TV series is the first chapter of the Lawmen anthology. It is an executive produced by Sheridan and Oyelowo, David C. Glasser, David’s wife Jessica Oyelowo, David Permut, Christina Alexandra Voros, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari and David Hutkin. It is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios, Sheridan’s Bosque Ranch Productions and Oyelowo’s Yoruba Saxon, and distributed by Paramount Global Content Distribution outside of Paramount+’s international markets.
