'Tulsa King' Gets Season 3 Premiere Date As 'NOLA King' Spinoff Ordered To Series

  The new kingdom is officially coming to Paramount+ , and the foundation setter is almost ready to play. The third season of Tulsa King starring Sylvester Stallone has been given a premiere date of Sunday, September 21 (do you remember?), after ensuring that the Samuel L. Jackson-led spinoff it sets up over the course of it, NOLA King actually leads to something, ordering it to series two weeks ago on July 17. Episodes will drop weekly for the season whose logline reads  “As Dwight’s (Sylvester Stallone) empire expands, so do his enemies – and the risks to his crew. Natasha Marc And Rob Kirkland Set Returns To 'Mayor Of Kingstown' For Season 3

The Taylor Sheridan-created series Mayor of Kingstown will be welcoming back two characters for its third season, currently filming in Pittsburgh, who haven’t been seen since season 1: Natasha Marc as Cherry and Rob Kirkland as Police Captain Walter. 

Marc last appeared as Cherry in the ninth episode of the first season “The Lie of the Truth”, while Kirkland last appeared in-series in the following episode, though he also crossed into the fifth season of Yellowstone. Cherry, who is in her early 20s, was an inmate in the female prison and one of Miriam's students.

The new season will see a series of explosions rock Kingstown and its citizens, allowing the new head of the Russian mob sets up shop in the city, while a drug war rages inside and outside prison walls. The pressure is on Mike McLusky, played by series star Jeremy Renner, to end the war. Complications arise when a familiar face from his incarcerated past threatens to undermine the Mayor’s attempts to keep the peace.

Marc’s credits include The Good Lord BirdThe Deadliest LieThe Fight That Never Ends, Dutch and its sequel Dutch II: Angel's Revenge. On TV, she’s been seen in The RookieBallersTimeless and American Soul. Kirkland meanwhile has appeared on Criminal Minds and Monk.

Co-created by Hugh Dillon and Sheridan, Mayor of Kingstown centers on the McLusky family, who act as power brokers in Kingstown, Michigan, where prison is the only profitable thing in town as they attempt to bring order and justice to a town that has neither instead overrun with systemic racism, corruption and inequality. The series also co-creator Dillon as Kingstown Police Detective Ian Ferguson, Taylor Handley as youngest McLuskey brother Kyle, Emma Laird as escort Iris, Tobi Bamtefa as Crips leader Deverin "Bunny" Washington, Derek Webster as ally KPD Detective Stevie, Nishi Munshi as Kyle’s wife Tracy, Hamish Allan-Headley as Sgt. Robert Sawyer, Aidan Gillen as Russian mobster Milo Sunter, and the newly-promoted Michael Beach as Kareem Moore, one of the town’s prison guard captains.
