'The Thundermans Return' Goes Long-Term With New Series Starring Phoebe, Max, And Chloe

  The Thundermans   are staying in production living a double life. Fresh off the apparent success of the reunion movie  The Thundermans Return , the  Nickelodeon  superhero franchise is expanding again with a new series greenlight from Nickelodeon Studios, coming to both Nickelodeon and  Paramount+ . The new series, which hasn’t had its title revealed, will follow  Kira Kosarin  as Phoebe and Jack Griffo as Max Thunderman who are sent undercover to handle a new threat in the seaside town of Secret Shores and bring Chloe, played once again by Maya Le Clark, along to train her in superheroing. It seems Chloe will infiltrate the school the threat seems to be coming from, and she forms a bond with two classmates while they investigate the suspicious activity from within, and her new friends don’t know about her powers. Peri Gilpin Will Be Back As Roz For The 'Frasier' Revival

We've got another one! Peri Gilpin is officially returning to Frasier for its Paramount+ revival/sequel series as her character Roz Doyle. 

In the original run, Roz was Frasier Crane's producer for his radio show The Dr. Frasier Crane Show out of KACL-AM 780. She had been in the business for ten years before working with Dr. Crane for the show, She has a daughter named Alice born in the fifth season, In the series finale, she becomes manager of KACL when her predecessor Kenny Daly steps down to return to DJing, and prompts Frasier to head to Chicago on his own way. What Roz's new situation is after 20 years has yet to be shared.

Starring on the series revival with the returning Kelsey Grammer as Frasier are Jack Cutmore-Scott as Freddy, Frasier's son born during Cheers, Nicholas Lyndhurst as the boozy professor Alan Cornwall, Jess Salgueiro as Freddy's spontaneous and energetic roommate Eve, and Anders Keith as David Crane, Freddy's cousin and Frasier's nephew, Daphne and Niles's son. There's also Toks Olagundoye, playing Olivia, who is head of the psychology department at what is presumably Harvard since the show is now Boston-set. Bebe Neuwirth was previously confirmed to be reprising her role as Lilith Sternin, Frasier's ex-wife, guest starring in an episode for Freddy's birthday. David Hyde Pierce previously declined to reprise his role as Niles. James Burrows who co-created Cheers and directed nearly all of its episodes and that of Frasier, directed the first two episodes of this revival.

This new season comes from writers Chris Harris and Joe Cristalli, who executive produce with Grammer, Tom Russo, and Jordan McMahon. The original series ran from 1993-2004 for 11 seasons and was created and produced by David Angell, Peter Casey, and David Lee. The revival is still slated to premiere later this year on Paramount+, where the original series is also streaming.
