'The Chi' Renewed For Season 7

  As The Chi   season 6 returns for part 2 this Friday, May 10 on the Paramount+ with Showtime streamer and Sunday, May 12 linearly at 9 PM ET/PT,  the network has renewed the series for a seventh season. The first half of season 6 has done quite well, making for its most-watched season yet for streaming,  increasing nearly 25% over season 5. Season 7  will start production later this month in Chicago. “Lena Waithe is a generational storyteller, whose authentic and unflinching narratives in  The Chi  resonate deeply, offering a powerful lens into both the complexities of life in Chicago as well as the Black experience in America,” said Nina L. 'The Family Stallone' Has Been Renewed For Season 2

Ready for another round with the Stallone family? On the day the series's third episode was released, Paramount+ renewed The Family Stallone for a second season.

The renewal comes after a record-breaking debut for the docuseries last week in the United States, Canada, Latin America,  Australia, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and Italy, becoming the top original reality series premiere in Paramount+'s history. The series premiered on May 17 with its first two episodes. Releases in further international markets are to follow. No specific statistics have been released pertaining to the records broken.

Starring Oscar-nominated actor Sylvester Stallone, his wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone, and daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet, the reality series offers "a seat at the table of one of Hollywood’s most famous families" by showing how at home the actor can simply be "dad". Jennifer is described as a “savvy businesswoman and co-owner of the wellness brand Serious Skin Care.” Eldest Sophia doesn't want to become an actor like her father and instead hosts a podcast, Unwaxed, with Sistine. Sistine is also an actress and model with her first feature film in development, and Scarlet is moving into her own apartment while at college. She has wished of becoming an actress since she was young and is now appearing alongside Stallone in the Paramount+ series in which he stars, Tulsa King.

The Family Stallone is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, with Benjamin Hurvitz and Nadim Amiry as executive producers with Julie Pizzi, Farnaz Farjam, and Jonathan Singer in the same role for Bunim-Murray Productions. Chris Ray and Jason Williams are co-executive producers for the series. The third episode was released this morning.
