Next 'South Park' Special Fattens Up In 'The End Of Obesity'; Watch Trailer

  Where in the world is season 27 of South Park ? The public certainly doesn’t know. If the trades do, they’re not saying. But somehow, the next Paramount+ special is coming anyway, specifically next week. The streamer has announced “The End of Obesity” will take South Park on an Ozempic tale when it premieres May 24 in the United States and Canada, and May 25 in Australia, Latin America, Brazil, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. It’s somewhat better advance notice than what the previous special “ (Not Suitable For Children) ” received, as while it had “print” ads on websites and its trailer ran on YouTube , it wasn’t officially released and properly uploaded until the day of its December 20 release. The description tells that new weight loss drugs have entered the culture of South Park, to massive impact. CBS Unveils Fall Schedule Premiere Dates; Including 'SEAL Team' And 'FBI True'

On Thursday, CBS revealed the premiere dates for its fall schedule, which underwent heavy revision because SAG-AFTRA and the Writers Guild of America are fighting the studios for their livelihoods. Heck, even the version unveiled on July 17 wasn't even the schedule given today, but that will be gotten to soon. ABC is the only broadcast network left that hasn't revealed the dates for their fall premieres, as The CW, Fox, and NBC already have.

To plug in holes, CBS brought in Paramount Network juggernaut Yellowstone, the original British version of its hit comedy Ghosts, and Paramount+ originals FBI: True and SEAL Team, the latter which ran 4 seasons on CBS and did the first four episodes there before moving exclusively to the streamer. Otherwise, the schedule is full of reality and game show fare. Survivor and The Amazing Race will fill Wednesdays with 90-minute episodes in late September. Summer series Big Brother and The Challenge: USA will help the fall with runs into it. New game shows include the Josh Duhamel-hosted Buddy Games, the Jaime Camil-fronted Lotería Loca and Raid the Cage, an American adaptation of a quiz show from Israel.

The rollout begins Thursday September 14, when Buddy Games premieres between new episodes of Big Brother and The Challenge: USA. On Saturday September 16, the reliable 48 Hours begins its 36th season with back to back episodes. The drama encore that accompanies this time around is NCIS. The show might be doubling up because several weekends will be occupied by college football games. The previous weekends are Pac 12 and Big 12 matchups. September 23 is a Big 10 matchup, and November 3 is one from the SEC. November 11 has the National Women’s Soccer League Championship Game, as well as what must be a special Bob ❤️ Abishola rerun if it's being chosen as leadout On Sunday, September 17, at 7:30 PM, 60 Minutes starts its 56th season, while Yellowstone will start from the beginning at 8:30 PM and run two episodes to 10:30, where it will be followed by Big Brother. The following Sunday, they run at the top of each hour.

On Monday, September 25, there's an NCIS 20th anniversary marathon occupying all three hours, which bides a week to not have to implement much. Had there not been a strike there might have been a retrospective instead. Survivor and The Amazing Race begin September 27. The first two Mondays of October will have The Price is Right at Night at 8 PM, followed by Lotería Loca (series premiere on 10/2. second episode 10/9) and the NCIS rerun, after which point the latter two make room for that third Paramount+ series, which according to Ryan Schwartz of TVLine is still being determined.
On Tuesday October 3, Paramount+ original FBI: True makes its broadcast debut between Big Brother and reruns of FBI. On Friday, October 13, The Price Is Right at Night begins a run at 8 PM, followed by Raid the Cage and classic Blue Bloods episodes, before Let's Make A Deal Primetime takes over 8. Finally, on Thursday November 2, the reality shows start moving out, as following Big Brother the regular 8 PM hour for the last two seasons plays at 9 PM, with Young Sheldon and American Ghosts. At 10 PM SEAL Team finally starts up, which means new-to-CBS episodes might start on November 30. On November 16, Young Sheldon and American Ghosts return to the 8 PM hour, joined by the previously reported double British Ghosts hour, which is the last newish show to launch.
